Since 1988, Richard has practiced law exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate and elder law.  He has extensive experience dealing with the concerns and issues that need to be addressed in practicing these areas of the law. 

 

Richard is also a registered nurse. While he has not practiced nursing in a clinical setting for many years, he draws upon these skills when dealing with the psychosocial and emotional concerns of his clients and their families.
